Grounds Maintenance programs are customized for each property and our objective is to meet and exceed our client’s expectations.
Our talented team of professionals have implemented time-tested philosophies and practices to ensure your property receives exceptional service and care during the spring, summer and fall months. We’ve created a system that allows each program to be customized based on your preferences, creating a grounds maintenance package that best achieves your project and financial objectives.
Our Maintenance Services Include:

Weekly Lawn Maintenance - Includes twenty-seven (27) regularly scheduled lawn maintenance visits. Mowing and trimming will occur weekly. Concrete walks/drives will receive mechanical edging during the growing season bi-weekly.

Spring Clean Up - One (1) visit to clean up landscape debris from winter and previous fall season.

Fall Clean Up - Two (2) well-timed visits to remove leaves from planting beds and lawn areas during the fall season. Depending on the quantity, leaves are either mulched in the lawn areas or removed from site. Includes one (1) visit to cut down perennials and/or ornamental grasses.

Plant Bed Weed Control - Weeds in planting beds and cracks in pavement will be chemically treated by a certified applicator or manually removed over the course of seven (7) monthly visits during the growing season.

Irrigation Maintenance - Inspection of irrigation system. All needed repairs/servicing will be billed on a time and material basis.

Tree and Shrub Pruning - Two visits during the growing season to mechanically prune shrubs under (12) feet in height.

Turf Fertilization and Weed Control - A season long process which includes pre-emergent crabgrass control, as well as post-emergent broadleaf weed control, centered on balanced applications of controlled release fertilizer. All fertilizers to be used are phosphorus free and incorporate organic materials.
